2 cups cooked chicken ham, shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups chicken broth
12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups spinach, fresh
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Salt to taste

Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
Add olive oil, onion, and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add broken lasagna noodles, cook until tender.
Stir in chicken ham, crumbled bacon, ricotta cheese, spinach, and Italian seasoning.
Simmer until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add more ricotta cheese.
