Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in the crockpot.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
