- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the batter in the pan.
- Sprinkle the chopped strawberries, coconut, and pecans on top.
- Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
