  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix apple cider, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is baking, combine cabbage, carrots, parsley, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a large bowl to make the slaw.
  6. Serve the sticky chicken with autumn slaw on the side.
