Steak and Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

A mouthwatering combination of steak and creamy garlic parmesan pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak until cooked to your preference.
  3. Remove steak from the skillet, let it rest, and then slice it thinly.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Toss pasta in the creamy sauce and add sliced steak.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

  • For added flavor, marinate the steak before cooking.
