Spicy Ground Beef Stir-Fry Bowl with Garlic Veggies & Steamy Rice

A delicious, spicy ground beef stir-fry bowl with garlic veggies served over steamy rice.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the mixed bell peppers, broccoli, and red pepper flakes, and sauté until veggies are tender.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and toss to combine.
  6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • For a lower-carb option, use cauliflower rice.
