- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp additional ground cinnamon for frosting
