Slow Cooker Four Cheese Mac and Cheese

A creamy and delicious mac and cheese made in a slow cooker with four types of cheese and turkey bacon for a delightful twist.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, combine the macaroni, milk, and spices.
  2. Add the soft cream cheese and stir well.
  3. Layer the shredded cheeses over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon just before serving.

Notes

  • Add breadcrumbs on top before serving for a crunchy texture.
