Slow Cooker Chicken Parm Meatballs

Easy and delicious slow cooker chicken parm meatballs that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking, cover, and let it melt.
  6. Serve warm over pasta or with crusty bread.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add Italian seasoning to the meatball mixture.
  • These meatballs freeze well; simply thaw and reheat when ready to serve.
