Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 3 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the ribeye steaks on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle garlic butter over the steaks and veggies.
  4. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and asparagus to the pan.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until steaks are cooked to your desired doneness.

Notes

  • Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with your favorite side.
