  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1/2 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and add the cherry tomatoes and bell peppers.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Warm the pita breads in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. To serve, fill each pita with the chicken and vegetables and drizzle with herby ranch dressing.
