  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned chicken on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Warm the pitas in the oven during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. Once done, slice the chicken and stuff into warm pitas with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and drizzle with herby ranch dressing.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the pitas.
