  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix warmed milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients, knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread softened butter, sprinkle with cinnamon, and add raspberries.
  6. Roll the dough up, slice into rolls, and place in a baking dish.
  7. Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to create glaze.
  10. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.
