  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk, warmed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg; knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm area for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough, spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon and raspberries.
  5. Roll up, slice into rolls, and place in a baking dish.
  6. Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for the glaze.
  9. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
