  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and pumpkin puree, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, alternating with the milk.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.
