  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the French bread into cubes and place half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle blueberries over the bread cubes, then layer the remaining bread on top.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
