  • 200 grams Lotus Biscoff cookies
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 grams Lotus Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Crush the Lotus Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  6. Add the Lotus Biscoff spread and mix until well combined.
