  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup queso cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the steak until it reaches your desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak and let it rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add the rice and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover.
  5. Cook the rice until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the queso cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Slice the steak and serve over a bed of queso rice.
