- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup queso cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the steak until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak and let it rest.
