4 cups corn kernels
6 slices turkey bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
Stir in the corn, chicken broth, chili powder, and cumin.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Blend the soup until smooth, then return to the pot.
