Delicious and convenient Make-Ahead Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches filled with turkey bacon and other tasty ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 croissants
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crisp, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, scramble eggs with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
  4. Turn off the heat and mix in spinach and cheese until melted.
  5. Slice croissants in half and layer turkey bacon, egg mixture, and top with the other half of the croissant.
  6. Wrap in foil and place on a baking sheet, then bake for 10-15 minutes.
