  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour and shredded coconut.
