- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix until combined.
