  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and ground cinnamon to the bowl, and mix well.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
