Hearty Cheddar Garlic Herb Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
