- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
