  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic.
  3. Place chicken thighs on a sheet pan and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Add bell peppers and onions around the chicken.
  5. Add the pineapple chunks on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
