  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. In a saucepan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the heavy cream and garlic powder to the saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken over the broccoli and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
