Garlic Mushroom Pasta

A quick and tasty recipe for garlic mushroom pasta that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
