- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
