Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Potatoes

A mouthwatering recipe featuring tender steak bites cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce served with crispy potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Sear on all sides until browned (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Add the minced garlic and remaining butter to the skillet, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Stir in chopped parsley and remove from heat.
  8. Serve the garlic butter steak bites alongside the roasted potatoes.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  • You can also add vegetables to the baking sheet for a complete meal.
