  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, French onion soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the rice mixture to a baking dish, and place the browned chicken on top.
  5. Cover with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
