- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and the sliced onion. Cook until caramelized.
