  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, almond flour, honey, eggs, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the batter into a lined muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
