  • 8 corn tortillas

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
  3. Brush the fish with the spice mixture and grill for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
