- 2 fillets white fish
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add diced tomatoes, capers, and olives, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add fish fillets to the skillet, cover, and cook until fish is opaque.
- Crush the turkey bacon and sprinkle over the fish. Garnish with parsley before serving.
