Fish Puttanesca is a flavorful and simple dish that combines fresh fish with the bold flavors of puttanesca sauce, made even better with the addition of turkey bacon.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add garlic to the skillet, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, olives, capers, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
