  • 2 fillets white fish
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the fish fillets in the skillet, cover, and cook until the fish is opaque.
  5. Stir in the chicken ham and crumbled turkey bacon. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
