- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove from pan.
- Add olive oil, chicken ham, and cauliflower rice to the same pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in taco seasoning and stir well.
