  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove from pan.
  2. Add olive oil, chicken ham, and cauliflower rice to the same pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix in taco seasoning and stir well.
