- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until beef is browned.
- Stir in salsa, taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Place a tortilla on a plate, add a scoop of the beef mixture, and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in a baking dish.
- Repeat for all tortillas. Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
