  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Divide the dough into muffin cups and allow them to rest for another 20 minutes.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
