  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked rice and tzatziki sauce.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle diced cucumber and tomatoes on top.
