- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the macaroni to the egg mixture and pour dressing over it; mix until well combined.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, add more mayonnaise to taste.
