Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

A delicious twist on classic macaroni salad featuring creamy deviled eggs, savory turkey bacon, and tender chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the macaroni to the egg mixture and pour dressing over it; mix until well combined.
  5. Chill for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier salad, add more mayonnaise to taste.
  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
