Ingredients

  • 8 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the raspberry puree into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Add the whipped cream gradually.
  6. Pour into a cake pan and chill until set.

Notes

  • Serve with extra raspberry sauce on top.
  • Can be made a day in advance.
