  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the diced potatoes, onion, garlic, and chicken broth.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham to the mixture.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional turkey bacon if desired.
