  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
