1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups French onion soup
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in the crockpot.
Pour the French onion soup over the meatballs.
