  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the crockpot and pour the French onion soup over them.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt.
