  • 6 cups chicken broth

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add diced potatoes, onions, and garlic.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot before adding heavy cream.
  6. Stir and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes.
