1 pound boneless chicken breasts
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups egg noodles
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add the chicken broth, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles.
Shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together.
