  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place sliced chicken, vegetables, and garlic in the Crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger, then pour over the chicken and vegetables.
  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add lo mein noodles and stir to combine.
