  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, coconut milk, butter, garam masala, cumin, chili powder, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce and stir well.
  6. Serve with rice or naan.
